JOB SUMMARY:
The Senior Manager, Information Technology shall supervise the Global IT staff and manage all operational-related processes, ensure the efficient and secure operations of EngenderHealth’s IT infrastructure in meeting defined service levels, and serve as the service owner for all IT services and solutions. This position is responsible for executing the technology transformation and cloud strategy of EngenderHealth. This role will be responsible for personnel decisions related to managing the global IT support team, to establish and enforce appropriate policies and procedures. This role will also be responsible for providing direct IT support to headquarters office staff based in Washington, DC.
The Senior Manager, Information Technology is responsible for both managing and providing technical support to the global IT support team, and the DC-based headquarters office. Duties include:

ESSENTIAL SOFT SKILLS:
PREFERRED SKILLS, ABILITIES, AND FUNCTIONS:
$120,000 to $130,000 annually, commensurate with experience. Excellent benefits package includes medical, dental, vision and life insurance; 401K retirement plan with employer contribution equal to 8.5% of annual salary after six months of employment; generous annual and sick leave; personal and paid parental leave.
